“Angel’s Travel Agency”

This project was part of the Rutgers University- Newark senior graphic design exhibition "I Stood at the Border: Im/Migrant Voices and Stories Retold"

My project takes a look at tourism as a short-form and luxurious form of migration that most people don't think of it as. While it may not be seen as a form of migration, it could still have similar effects on the environment, culture, and people that other forms of immigration and migration. "Angel's Travel Agency" presents this information and juxtaposition in a satirical form, as it presents itself as a fake travel agency with common travel agency collateral such as brochures and postcards. This video also mocks poorly edited travel agency commercials and advertisements by being "bad on purpose" while it presents its information.
