Hiya!

My name is Angel Juarez, designer, illustrator, and animator.

Art has been a huge part of my life since I was but a wee cherub. I started my career at the young age of I forgot, where I distinctly remember tracing the covers of Sonic the Hedgehog comic books I would borrow from the library and making comics about nerds versus the cool kids. As I grew older, so did my artistic abilities. During middle school, my friend introduced me to animation, and I instantly fell in love. I was always a huge fan of cartoons, and now that I knew more or less how they were made, I could take my comics into the next step and give them life. In high school, I was introduced to graphic design, which was a fun class since it gave me the same feeling of accomplishment that I’d get from completing an animation, but at a way faster rate. It wasn’t until my first year of college, however, when I took my first real graphic design class that I decided that I wanted this to be my main focus. During this whole time, I still kept up my drawing skills, developing my style, working on all kinds of illustrations, and even creating my own webcomic.
